Job Description

Supply Chain Executive managing the entire supply chain strategy for a fast-growing international pet brand. Leading logistics and operations while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own our global supply chain strategy, from sourcing to final delivery
  • Lead supply planning, forecasting, and stock allocation across warehouses
  • Work directly with international suppliers (US/Europe/Asia) and our 3PL partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the chain
  • Solve problems before they escalate (stockouts, delays, overstock, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance
  • Help shape and scale a high-performing supply chain team
  • Manage your own team including our Store Manager, Operations Manager, Stock Planner, Sourcing Agent, and CS Manager (+ international customer service team)
  • Work closely with the executive team and CEO to align on strategic goals and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Has 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain / logistics in D2C e-commerce
  • Understands the fast pace of a modern e-com business
  • Can operate strategically but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Is fluent in English (other languages are a big plus, especially: Dutch, German, Mandarin)
  • Has experience with 3PL management and international shipments
  • Uses the hidden word "Christmas" in their application to show they've read the entire job post
  • Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, results-driven team with a start-up like culture
  • Bonus: has built or scaled a supply chain for a consumer product brand
