Job Description

Video Editor creating high-converting ads for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. Crafting compelling visuals to drive sales and build community through social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
  • Bring creative briefs to life with fast, compelling edits that match the hook, angle, and storyline
  • Work closely with content creators, creative strategists, and media buyers to deliver assets that perform
  • Collaborate on new ad concepts and contribute creative input during brainstorming
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, meme culture, and editing styles to keep our content fresh
  • Manage and organize video assets, templates, and versioning for efficient turnaround
  • Continuously iterate based on data and feedback to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Performance-Driven Editing – You know what keeps people watching and what drives clicks and sales
  • DTC E-commerce Experience – You’ve edited successful ads for other ecommerce DTC brands (fitness/fashion = big plus)
  • Fast Turnaround – You can edit fast without sacrificing quality
  • Strong Visual Taste – Your edits look polished, modern, and high-converting
  • Collaborative Yet Independent – You’re great at taking feedback, and even better at working on your own
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – You don’t miss deadlines and your file management is on point
  • Mandatory Requirement – Candidates must be able to deliver 5–10 creative briefs per week, covering formats from 30-second videos to 2–3+ minute VSLs
