Job Description
Supply Chain Manager overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations at Everpure. Responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage procurement processes, supplier selection, and vendor relationships
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities
- Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, and production)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Lead and develop the supply chain team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
