Job Description

Supply Chain Resiliency Program Lead mitigating supplier risks for Westinghouse, a global nuclear energy solutions company. Developing resilient sourcing, governance, analytics, and business continuity programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency Program by assessing and mitigating risks across suppliers, categories, and components
  • Conduct market intelligence, supplier landscape assessments, and research to identify alternate supply sources
  • Evaluate potential alternate-source suppliers and recommend options to Category Management
  • Partner with procurement, engineering, operations, materials, account management, and supplier performance teams on risk mitigation strategies
  • Implement and continuously improve Supplier Risk Management processes, governance, tools, dashboards, reporting, and standard work
  • Coordinate and monitor resiliency projects, milestones, priorities, expectations, and governance requirements
  • Consolidate project status and identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints
  • Analyze supplier risk metrics, operational data, Power BI dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates on program performance and supply chain risks
  • Develop process standardization programs, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and training materials
  • Contribute to business continuity, supplier governance, and strategic supply chain initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of procurement experience in category management, operations, quality, project or materials management
  • BA or Master's degree in an engineering field preferred
