Job Description
Supply Chain Specialist managing Philippine replenishment planning, SAP orders, shipments, and inventory. Supporting Ingredion’s global natural-ingredients business through demand planning and customer fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PH supply chain replenishment planning as the single point of contact for demand, supply, and inventory management
- Utilize JDA, SAP, and PBI to support replenishment planning
- Process SAP purchase orders, including quarterly PIR/ICP updates
- Review JDA/SAP exception messages and maintain systems
- Extend MDG product codes to the country
- Monitor shipments and ensure planned arrival and release
- Follow up with internal and external parties and proactively communicate shipment updates
- Coordinate country demand inputs with the sales team for monthly demand planning cycles
- Coordinate warehouse inventory management and lead virtual stock counts when needed
- Provide supply chain data, local and indent sales analysis, and month-end closing reports
- Coordinate internal complaints with sourcing-country and QA teams through case resolution
- Support the finance team with monthly and quarterly finance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and any related fields
- Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, or supply chain related field
- Knowledge in computerized environment with basic office software
- Experience in SAP and JDA systems would be an advantage
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Ability to lead projects, drive for results and business savvy
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Customer-focused, stress resistant, innovative, and able to resolve issues efficiently and logically
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving and well-organized
- Strong communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills
