Job Description
Support Engineer providing technical support for Stelo Data Replicator software, troubleshooting issues and assisting customers with configuration and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via Zendesk, email, phone, and remote sessions
- Perform software installation and upgrade as well as replication configuration and tuning
- Troubleshoot data replication issues and provide solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in our data replication product and related technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in database administration
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- 2+ years of experience with big data and data warehouse technologies
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
