Job Description
Systems Analyst IV providing technical expertise and support for healthcare technology at Cleveland Clinic. Working remotely with passionate caregivers to enhance patient experience and system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and knowledge of the existing functionality and limitations
- Serve as the technical expertise, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems
- Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification within area of expertise
- Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables
- Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field
- 6 years of system implementation experience
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of hire
- Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
- Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
- Knowledge of messaging technology
- Understanding of principles of client/server configuration
