Job Description
Analista de Sistemas garantindo a sustentação de sistemas críticos financeiros na Sinqia. Monitorando aplicações e propondo melhorias contínuas no INSS e benefícios.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance for critical systems related to payments, collections, and portability of INSS benefits
- Monitor application performance, identify failures, and act proactively to resolve incidents
- Analyze logs, perform technical diagnostics, and propose continuous improvements to systems
- Maintain ongoing communication with business areas, development, infrastructure teams, and external partners
- Document processes, incidents, and maintenance routines
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and governance best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting financial, banking, or payments systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis
- Experience in incident management, fixes, and failure prevention
- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and making adjustments in databases
- Experience with REST APIs (consumption, testing, and integration)
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia
- Experience with database clients like DBeaver, SQL Developer, DataGrip, or similar
