Job Description

Systems Engineer supporting and evolving global hybrid-cloud datacenter infrastructure operations. Collaborating with IT and security teams in remote Vietnam or Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the client’s global hybrid-cloud infrastructure
  • Participate in design, installation, configuration, patching, and system updates
  • Oversee daily activities of contractors and managed service providers , including 24/7 system monitoring and change management
  • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Plan, deploy, and administer core services and hybrid-cloud platforms (Azure, Active Directory, Linux, etc.)
  • Supervise and delegate operations tasks, including system monitoring and problem resolution
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to support system objectives
  • Ensure architecture standards and infrastructure strategy align with global IT initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in hybrid-cloud datacenter environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows hybrid domain infrastructure
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Linux (SUSE, RHEL) – SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in virtualization & Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V cluster, Azure Stack, OpenShift - Nutanix AHV on Dell XC-Core server hardware preferred.)
  • 3+ years of experience with automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible)
  • 3+ years of experience in networking and cloud platform operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong English communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Certifications in cloud, datacenter technologies, or ITIL are a plus.
