Job Description

Systems Engineer for OLIPOP focused on enterprise integration with a strong emphasis on NetSuite and APIs. Collaborating with IT to enhance system integrations and ERP functionalities, driving business support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance system integrations using Celigo (Integrator.io), including flows, mappings, and error handling
  • Build and support custom APIs and data integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., 3PLs, WMS, EDI platforms, finance and SaaS tools)
  • Write, maintain and/or refactor SuiteScript to support NetSuite integrations, automation, and customizations
  • Provide support for daily NetSuite activities, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and user support related to integrations and custom functionality
  • Support the development and customization of NetSuite to best support business processes and operational needs
  • Partner closely with the Sr Integration Engineer to design scalable, reliable integration patterns
  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of integration enhancements and NetSuite changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT) to understand business requirements and data flows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT experience ,with 2+ years of experience in systems integration, ERP support, or application engineering
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow and SuiteScript
  • Experience building integrations using Celigo (strongly preferred) or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and authentication methods (OAuth, token-based auth, etc.)
  • Experience supporting production ERP environments and resolving day-to-day system issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a senior technical lead
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
