Job Description
Talent Acquisition Operations Manager leading high-volume recruitment of independent contractor agents. Designing scalable sourcing strategies and collaborating with Marketing and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists to deliver high-volume hiring outcomes for independent contractors.
- Design and implement sourcing and nurturing strategies using ATS platforms (preferably Fountain), automation tools, and data analytics.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to create integrated campaigns that drive agent candidate engagement and conversion.
- Identify and manage external vendors and technology platforms to source, vet, and nurture talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve throughput, and reduce time-to-fill.
- Ensure adherence to independent contractor laws and client-specific requirements throughout the onboarding process.
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems (Fountain preferred) and data analytics.
- Experience with automation tools and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with independent contractor models and client-facing recruitment processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Experience with AI applications in recruitment.
