Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner driving high-volume recruitment for non-tech roles across Europe at Holafly. Ensuring a seamless hiring process while maintaining pipeline quality and meeting monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume non-tech roles across Europe, maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Drive high-standard delivery by meeting monthly headcount targets while ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience.
  • Master sourcing channels to identify and engage talent across diverse European markets, focusing on speed and quality.
  • Coordinate efficient interview loops, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure a fast-paced and professional selection process.
  • Maintain data integrity within our ATS, providing clear visibility into funnel health and bottleneck identification.
  • Collaborate with hiring leads to align on profile requirements and execute sourcing strategies that hit the mark every time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically for non-tech roles (Operations, Sales, or Customer Experience) within Europe.
  • Native-level or professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage 15+ active openings simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Resilient execution mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments where hitting targets is the primary focus.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring candidates and internal stakeholders stay informed throughout the process.
