Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for clients at Instant Impact. Building strong relationships and providing market insights to drive hiring success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients
- Lead the full hiring process from role briefings through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to drive hiring success
- Maintain accurate data and report on partnership performance metrics
