Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on recruiting licensed mental health clinicians for Two Chairs. Collaborating with clinical leadership to enhance the candidate experience and hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with our values.
  • Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates.
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.
  • Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
  • Possess high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Comfortable with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
  • Leverage your business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions
