Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner at Cobalt Service Partners recruiting blue-collar technicians for Southeast Region. Driving talent acquisition strategies and enhancing company culture through effective sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead High-Volume Recruiting for blue-collar technician roles.
- Own the Process: Manage every stage of recruitment for a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Innovate & Attract: Create sourcing strategies that reach diverse, skilled talent pools.
- Advertise & Engage: Craft compelling job postings and campaigns to maximize reach.
- Screen & Select: Identify top candidates and guide them through the process.
- Coordinate & Support: Schedule interviews and assist with offers and negotiations.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and best practices.
- Adapt & Excel: Be ready to travel occasionally and take on new challenges.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in negotiation and fostering connections.
- Creative Sourcing: Innovative strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Organized & Efficient: Excellent time management skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
