Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner at Cobalt Service Partners recruiting blue-collar technicians for Southeast Region. Driving talent acquisition strategies and enhancing company culture through effective sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead High-Volume Recruiting for blue-collar technician roles.
  • Own the Process: Manage every stage of recruitment for a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
  • Innovate & Attract: Create sourcing strategies that reach diverse, skilled talent pools.
  • Advertise & Engage: Craft compelling job postings and campaigns to maximize reach.
  • Screen & Select: Identify top candidates and guide them through the process.
  • Coordinate & Support: Schedule interviews and assist with offers and negotiations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and best practices.
  • Adapt & Excel: Be ready to travel occasionally and take on new challenges.
