Job Description
Teacher for Digital Marketing at Digital Career Institute providing online sessions and course content delivery. Focus on Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and AI automation for student skill building.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional content and conduct live online sessions covering foundational and advanced topics in digital marketing, content creation, and AI automation
- Deliver modules with high didactic quality in the following specializations: Performance Marketing & Analytics: from persona development, UTM tracking, consent management, CRM automations, reporting (dashboards, alert thresholds) to A/B testing and campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Content, SEO & GEO: search intent, keyword clustering, on-page fundamentals, content strategy, influencer marketing, and crisis communication
- AI-Driven Content Production: guidance on using AI tools (text-to-image, script generation) and instruction on hardware basics for video and audio production
- Social Media Management: interpretation of ranking signals, platform nuances, metadata optimization, and community management
- Support and mentor participants professionally during their final projects
- Document attendance, course progress, and participant performance
- Foster and maintain a positive group dynamic in a fully online format to ensure a pleasant learning and working atmosphere for participants
- Work closely and virtually with our Learning and Career teams to ensure an engaging, practice-oriented training experience
Requirements:
- Completed degree or vocational training and several years of demonstrable teaching experience as a trainer/lecturer in the relevant digital marketing and content topics
- Excellent didactic and subject-matter expertise in all specializations listed under “Your Responsibilities”
- Experience in remote teaching and a strong digital affinity
- Very good German and English language skills
- High pedagogical competence, didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with adults in continuing education
