Job Description
Technical Consultant responsible for customer relationship management and technical recommendations in patient monitoring systems. Collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring regulatory compliance in healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements
- Support the transition from a break fix operating model to a customer solutions focused operating model
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
- Actively participate as a member of the regional work team
- Collaborate with a diverse team of internal and external resources
- Coordinate project resources and tasks
- Perform all administrative duties within established Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements
- Install complex systems in both clinical and non-clinical environments
- Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems
Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional working experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
- Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain within 6 months from beginning of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience
