Job Description

Technical Delivery Manager at Trulieve leading complex e-commerce initiatives and ensuring seamless execution from planning through production deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate complex digital commerce initiatives that span multiple systems, teams, and vendors.
  • Merge strategic program leadership with hands-on technical delivery, ensuring seamless planning through production deployment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, guide Scrum teams, and validate functionality in QA or Stage environments.
  • Bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Business, ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable value, quality, and performance.
  • Own delivery scope, schedule, and risk management for e-commerce initiatives across multiple domains and vendor partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, QA, Tech Ops, and Development teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Oversee release readiness across Dev, QA, Stage, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
  • Serve as Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator for e-commerce delivery teams, leading relevant ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management within an e-commerce or retail digital technology environment.
  • Deep technical understanding of CMS systems (AEM, WCS, Magento, Contentful) and integrated commerce architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in UAT, QA validation, or Stage environment testing.
  • Familiarity with frontend and backend development concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
  • Strong grasp of web performance metrics and their business implications.
  • Experience driving regression, automation, and performance testing as part of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply the right framework for each project.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, predictability, and customer impact.
