Job Description
Technischer Projektleiter für ganzheitliche IT-Projekte bei IQ Solutions, von Planung und Umsetzung bis Abschluss. Steuerung von Ressourcen, Budgets, Kundenkommunikation und technischen Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead IT projects from a technical and organizational perspective throughout their entire lifecycle
- Conduct on-site assessments, plan and implement projects, and ensure their successful completion
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, including resource planning, controlling, and budget responsibility
- Coordinate closely with internal specialist teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Prepare effort estimates and conduct technical feasibility assessments
- Create project plans, technical documentation, and presentations
- Serve as the primary project contact for customers, including C-level stakeholders, and manage escalations
- Actively contribute to technical implementation and the ongoing development of standards
- Further develop projects and organizational structures
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects or subprojects, ideally in an IT systems integrator or IT services environment
- Demonstrated success independently managing and delivering IT projects, including budget responsibility
- Solid hands-on experience in IT support / second-level support and practical project implementation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, including Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, identity, and collaboration solutions
- Practical experience with cloud solutions and modern IT architectures
- Knowledge of networking and IT security is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and an independent, accountable approach to work
- Confident use of ticketing systems and project management tools
