Job Description

Technical Operations Support/Coordinator focusing on operational processes and client inquiries during night shift hours. Ensuring smooth communication and workflow between night and day teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours
  • Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work
  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes
  • Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards
  • Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level: 0–2 years in operations, support, QA, or a related role
  • Operational support and workflow management
  • SOP and documentation maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence
  • Problem-solving with proactive follow-through
