Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading projects at PatientFi, a healthcare financing technology company. Developing project plans, managing teams, and ensuring technical feasibility in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Collaborate with technical experts to ensure project feasibility and quality
- Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Identify and assess project risks
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools
