Job Description

Technical Project Manager leading projects at PatientFi, a healthcare financing technology company. Developing project plans, managing teams, and ensuring technical feasibility in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure project feasibility and quality
  • Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Identify and assess project risks
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams
  • Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools
