Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading enterprise technology projects for MGM Resorts International. Managing timelines, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery across the Technology portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and management of small to large-scale enterprise projects within the Technology department portfolio
- Develop and maintain project deliverables including project timeline, status, scope, priorities, milestones, and risks
- Coordinate activities across project managers, product managers, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines
- Drive collaboration toward issue resolution and keep projects on track
- Communicate project roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and issues proactively
- Motivate team members to maintain progress and focus during project adversity
- Prepare status reports, communications, and presentations for PMO reporting across all organizational levels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure buy-in on project timelines and required resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Required
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, ACP)
- Previous technical experience or certifications
- Previous experience using hybrid project management and agile scrum methodologies
- Previous experience using Project Management tools, methodologies and techniques throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Previous experience leading Technology projects managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, reporting and metric development/tracking
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects on time and within budget
- Interest in Technology, Transformation, and Process Improvement
- Experience working in a similar Technology, Hospitality, or Gaming setting
