Job Description
Technical Project Manager conduzindo projetos enterprise de Digital Commerce na Quality Digital. Conectando negócio, produto e tecnologia em arquiteturas VTEX e integrações corporativas.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead enterprise Digital Commerce projects, overseeing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of connection between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other involved departments
- Manage scope, priorities, and expectations, leading negotiations with stakeholders
- Lead development ceremonies and processes using Scrum and agile methodologies
- Structure work plans, track delivery progress, and ensure visibility into status, risks, and next steps
- Translate business needs into direction for technical teams
- Participate in the definition and review of solution architectures
- Lead technical discussions on integration architectures and data flows between VTEX, ERPs, CRMs, OMSs, payment systems, logistics platforms, marketplaces, and other enterprise platforms
- Work with architects, developers, and specialists to evaluate technical alternatives and support solution decisions
- Ensure alignment between architecture, agreed scope, and business objectives
- Proactively identify technical or functional risks that may impact timelines, scope, or quality
- Organize and lead workshops, technical refinement sessions, discovery sessions, and architecture alignment meetings
- Develop demonstration scripts
- Conduct demos, executive presentations, and progress review meetings with clients, leaders, and executives
- Communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Proven experience managing and leading enterprise projects
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and agile methodologies
- Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder negotiations
- Experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce projects
- Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Advanced technical knowledge of the VTEX platform and its key components and capabilities
- Advanced technical knowledge to develop, discuss, and validate solution architectures
- Experience with integration architectures connecting e-commerce platforms and enterprise systems
- Ability to understand APIs, integrations, events, data flows, and dependencies between systems
- Experience leading technical meetings with architects, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders
- Ability to produce executive materials and present solutions, deliverables, and decisions to leadership audiences
