Job Description
Technical Support Analyst role in middleware integration solutions for B2B partners at TELUS. Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing & triaging customer issues
- Reading and understanding Interlok™ configuration and XSLT mappings
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service
- Proactive monitoring of systems
- Debugging and analysing log files
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in customer support or technical support
- Understanding of middleware integration solutions
- Debugging Java stack traces and analysing log files
- Knowledge of protocols such as AS2, SFTP, X400, SMTP
- Proactive and motivated to build a career in a fast-paced environment
