Job Description

Technical Support Analyst role in middleware integration solutions for B2B partners at TELUS. Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing & triaging customer issues
  • Reading and understanding Interlok™ configuration and XSLT mappings
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service
  • Proactive monitoring of systems
  • Debugging and analysing log files

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in customer support or technical support
  • Understanding of middleware integration solutions
  • Debugging Java stack traces and analysing log files
  • Knowledge of protocols such as AS2, SFTP, X400, SMTP
  • Proactive and motivated to build a career in a fast-paced environment
