Job Description

Support Analyst ensuring compliance in regulated Life Sciences and Healthcare environments. Involves problem-solving in corporate Windows settings and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for regulated corporate environments in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors;
  • Ensure systems and processes comply with regulations and validation requirements applicable to regulated environments;
  • Perform configuration, support and troubleshooting activities in Windows-based corporate environments;
  • Support management of requests, incidents, and changes through ticketing tools and established processes;
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication between technical and business areas;
  • Other routine duties of the area.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry;
  • Knowledge of GxP;
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11;
  • Knowledge of Annex 11;
  • Knowledge of validation processes in regulated environments;
  • Strong experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Windows-based corporate environments;
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow;
  • Knowledge of Request Management processes;
  • Knowledge of Incident Management processes;
  • Knowledge of Change Management processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with documentation tools;
  • Knowledge of version control systems.
