Job Description

Support Engineer for Solenis ensuring effective and safe chemical treatment application at customer sites. Collaborating with Sales Account Managers and identifying growth opportunities in existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary district-level technical support
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on the design and implementation of projects
  • Regular communication with Sales management regarding activities performed at customer sites
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers and prospects
  • Service visits and routine testing to ensure the effectiveness of chemical applications
  • Prepare reports following each service visit
  • Analyze performance data for chemical applications
  • Participate in technical training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; or 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 50 lb
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer-focused orientation
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, required
  • Basic knowledge of English required
