Job Description
Support Engineer for Solenis ensuring effective and safe chemical treatment application at customer sites. Collaborating with Sales Account Managers and identifying growth opportunities in existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Primary district-level technical support
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on the design and implementation of projects
- Regular communication with Sales management regarding activities performed at customer sites
- Identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers and prospects
- Service visits and routine testing to ensure the effectiveness of chemical applications
- Prepare reports following each service visit
- Analyze performance data for chemical applications
- Participate in technical training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; or 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry loads up to 50 lb
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer-focused orientation
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, required
- Basic knowledge of English required
