Job Description

Technical Support Specialist resolving customer issues while working with HubSpot ticketing system. Collaborating with sales on technical inquiries and documenting best practices for support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 10 support tickets per day
  • Work daily within HubSpot (ticketing, CRM, and documentation)
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions
  • Document recurring issues, fixes, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to automate support responses and workflows
  • Build and manage email automations for common support cases
  • Recommend tools or systems to reduce manual support workload
  • Collaborate with the sales team when technical support overlaps with sales needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical or software support
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Analytical mindset: solve → document → automate
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/support platforms
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
