Job Description
Technical Support Specialist resolving customer issues while working with HubSpot ticketing system. Collaborating with sales on technical inquiries and documenting best practices for support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 10 support tickets per day
- Work daily within HubSpot (ticketing, CRM, and documentation)
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions
- Document recurring issues, fixes, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate support responses and workflows
- Build and manage email automations for common support cases
- Recommend tools or systems to reduce manual support workload
- Collaborate with the sales team when technical support overlaps with sales needs
Requirements:
- Experience in technical or software support
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Analytical mindset: solve → document → automate
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/support platforms
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
