Job Description
Technology Project Manager overseeing AI adoption and strategic tech initiatives at Binance. Facilitating Agile delivery and project execution within a global blockchain ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
- Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams
- Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives
- Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact
- Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment
- Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture
Requirements:
- 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
- Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure
- Curious, adaptive, and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning
- Agile execution and delivery leadership
- Understanding of AI adoption and modern technology stacks
- Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Fast decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Hands-on, resilient, and execution-oriented
