Job Description
Processing Support Specialist providing administrative support for real estate transactions. Performing document processing and communicating with branch offices for accurate title production.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties
- Performs centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production
- Communicates information and instructions to branch offices
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines
- Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team
- Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
- Recognizes and solves typical problems
- Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
