Job Description

Processing Support Specialist providing administrative support for real estate transactions. Performing document processing and communicating with branch offices for accurate title production.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties
  • Performs centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production
  • Communicates information and instructions to branch offices
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
