Job Description

Trainee Customer Success Manager helping clients utilize simpli immo's software effectively. Focused on onboarding, relationship building, and strategic consulting for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Your mission: delight our customers
  • You are the face to our customers and crucial to their success. You make sure every user unlocks the full potential of our software.
  • Your goal: satisfied customers who become true fans of simpli immo.
  • Customer onboarding & activation: You guide new customers after the technical setup and ensure they actively and successfully use our software.
  • Relationship management: You are the primary contact for your customer portfolio, proactively maintain relationships and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Strategic consulting: You conduct regular review calls, analyze software usage and provide strategic recommendations to maximize your customers’ success.
  • Support & problem solving: You ensure customers are optimally supported, answer questions, identify challenges and collaborate with our tech team to find the best solution.
  • Customer feedback & product development: You collect valuable feedback and work closely with our product team to continuously improve simpli immo.
  • Measuring success: You monitor key customer metrics (e.g. activity levels, NPS, ROI) and proactively initiate actions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or a similar field — or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience.
  • Passion for customer success: You are driven to help customers achieve their goals and aren’t satisfied until they are.
  • Tech affinity & basic CRM experience: You are comfortable with software and digital tools; CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive are familiar to you.
  • Self-driven & responsible: You work in a structured and independent way, prioritize wisely and don’t require micromanagement.
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain complex topics simply, clearly and with empathy, and you build relationships effortlessly.
  • Process-oriented: You think in processes, understand workflows and have an eye for optimization opportunities.
  • Initiative & willingness to learn: You are proactive, enjoy taking responsibility, want to grow and are eager to develop both professionally and personally.
  • Language skills: German at native level and good English.
