Job Description
Trainee Football Coach assisting experienced coaches and focusing on player development aged 6 to 16. Join NLPSports and inspire young talent in grassroots football coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior coaches in developing talented football players
- Support the preparation of games and tournaments
- Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling
- Develop coaching styles and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches
- Prepare players for opportunities for trials at professional clubs
Requirements:
- Passionate about football and sports industry
- Strong communication
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and staff
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of football coaching environment
