Job Description
Trainer for professional development in business administration and controlling at WBS TRAINING, providing engaging online instruction and preparing participants for the IHK exam.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction via MS Teams.
- Convey subject-matter expertise in accounting, cost and performance accounting, investment & financing, and controlling.
- Design interactive online lessons using modern, engaging teaching methods.
- Prepare and develop course materials aligned with the IHK framework curriculum.
- Create practice exercises with practical relevance.
- Provide focused preparation for the IHK examination.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree (e.g., Wirtschaftsfachwirt, Industriefachwirt, degree in business administration (BWL) or an equivalent qualification).
- Several years of professional experience in at least two of the following areas: accounting, cost and performance accounting, investment and financing, controlling.
- You hold a pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification, master craftsman's diploma) or at least one year of teaching experience in adult education.
- Experience in advanced vocational training and participation on an IHK examination board is a plus.
- Didactic aptitude and enthusiasm for digital teaching.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a structured approach to work.
- Technical affinity, particularly with MS Teams and digital tools.
