Job Description
Training Operations Manager leading global training delivery processes at NVIDIA. Ensuring seamless execution of training programs and coordinating events across the globe within the AI domain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and refine comprehensive business processes supporting enterprise customer training, public workshops, conference training labs, and various training programs
- Own end-to-end coordination and execution of workshops and conference training events, including scheduling, instructor assignments, registration, and logistics
- Lead the successful delivery of workforce training plans
- Manage vendor and partner workflows to plan and deliver workshops at scale
- Handle customer support inquiries for training programs and ensure high-quality responses
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve systems and automate workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing training programs
- Completed a four-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience planning and delivering workshops, conferences, or similar events
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in operational execution
- A demonstrated ability to bring order from uncertainty
- Willingness to travel occasionally
