Job Description
Fund Services team member responsible for servicing a portfolio of funds in an innovative fintech group. Supporting shareholder account management and periodic reporting to Fund Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Completing Standard checks on shareholder accounts at onboarding and initial subscription.
- Processing subscription/redemption order requests.
- Maintaining the shareholder registers of the various funds under administration.
- Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers.
- Liaising with investor queries on an ongoing basis.
- Providing periodic statements to investors.
- Distributing Corporate Actions as requested by Fund Managers to the investors.
- Processing outgoing payments.
- Completing daily archiving.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the financial services sector would be considered an asset;
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Be a good team player.
- Have excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
