Job Description
Transition Manager facilitating internal knowledge transfer and training regarding healthcare IT solutions. Supporting product managers in developing and launching new products in a healthcare technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Internal knowledge transfer for new products and features of our order-entry and results reporting platform ix.serv / ix.connect
- Planning and delivering internal training for colleagues in Service and Support
- Creating internal functional and configuration documentation
- Supporting pilot projects
- Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability
- Supporting product managers in the acceptance testing and rollout of new products and features
Requirements:
- Vocational training or degree and experience in Healthcare IT or the laboratory sector
- Strong knowledge of workflows and processes used by submitters/ordering parties
- Good knowledge of order entry systems, especially ix.serv / ix.connect, is an advantage
- Experience planning and delivering training
- Strong service and customer orientation and a high level of quality awareness
- Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Enjoy working in a team
- Good German language skills and strong communication abilities
