Job Description

Google UA Manager scaling Demand Gen acquisition for Gismart’s Spilio soft-skills app. Managing campaigns, experimentation, automation, and analytical growth insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive and market research and generate insights
  • Take full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy, from research through scaling
  • Conduct audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
  • Set up, optimize, and scale demand generation campaigns
  • Develop hypotheses, analyze results, identify learnings, and implement A/B testing rollouts
  • Build and automate campaign structures and workflows
  • Report analytical insights, translating numbers into actions
  • Collaborate proactively with product and creative teams
  • Escalate and handle Google support tickets related to policy limitations
  • Share expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
  • Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
  • Professional use of Google Ads Editor
  • Experience working with Birch
  • Strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus
  • Experience using AI for operational automation and testing is a plus
  • Strong understanding of product funnels and analytics is a plus
  • Experience building or improving acquisition processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards, such as Looker, is a plus
