Job Description
Freelance UX tester evaluating OKX crypto exchange onboarding and payments for Volga Partners, a U.S.-based AI and machine-learning services company. Recording guided journeys and feedback remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Register a new account on OKX and competitor apps
- Complete identity verification using an ID scan and selfie
- Deposit funds
- Make an initial cryptocurrency purchase
- Narrate thoughts aloud while recording screen and audio
- Submit recordings and written feedback questionnaires
- Attend a weekly one-hour debrief call on Fridays
- Participate in a structured research project evaluating onboarding and payment journeys in the OKX cryptocurrency exchange app
Requirements:
- Must be a new user and must not have used OKX or competitor apps before
- Valid government ID: passport, driver’s license, residence permit, or eID
- Working payment method: bank transfer, card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or local option
- Fluent in the local language and able to narrate in English
- Access to both Android and iOS devices
- Ability to record screen with clear audio in a quiet, private space
- Thoughtful, natural-paced participation
- Clear, specific narration and written feedback
- Ratings consistent with explanations provided
- Strict adherence to the task sequence: Sign Up → Verify → Deposit → Purchase
