Job Description

User Operations Manager focusing on user journey optimization and conversion at Flipster, a leading crypto trading platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the User Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Build and manage the complete user journey from acquisition through retention, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
  • User Journey & Product Flow Design: Partner with Product Managers to design seamless user flows and onboarding experiences, providing insights and requirements that reduce friction and accelerate user activation.
  • Cross-Functional Growth Enablement: Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Campaign Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure alignment on growth KPIs, enable experimentation infrastructure, and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor core growth metrics daily and translate data insights into actionable recommendations, proactively identifying trends and proposing experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Continuous Improvement & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests across user flows, messaging, and campaigns while driving iteration cycles that systematically improve onboarding, notifications, and growth efficiency at scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth operations, user operations, or product growth (crypto, fintech, or high-growth internet companies preferred).
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, user lifecycle metrics, friction points, and uplift levers.
  • Experience working with product teams or contributing to product design/growth features.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience reading dashboards and designing experiments.
  • Cross-functional communication skills — able to align Marketing, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
  • Fluency in English language
