Job Description
UX Architect:in bei port-neo, einer Customer-Experience-Agentur, entwickelt Informationsarchitekturen, Wireframes und User Flows. Strategische Kundenberatung und Workshops mit Design-, Entwicklungs- und Beratungsteams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop information architectures and build robust structures for complex content and systems
- Translate requirements into well-considered wireframes and UX concepts
- Model user journeys and flows, identify friction points, and optimize paths from the user’s perspective
- Quickly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar subject areas and make complex topics tangible
- Advise clients strategically, explain and defend decisions, and develop solution concepts
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders
- Work closely with UI design, development, and consulting teams
- Understand design system logic and consider component logic, hierarchies, naming, and scalability
- No visual design, brand or illustration design, or final look and feel
Requirements:
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in UX strategy and concept development, whether in an agency, product, or in-house environment
- Confident use of information architecture, wireframing, and journey and flow modeling methods
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframing and prototyping, as well as Miro
- Strong communication and consulting skills: able to explain and defend decisions both internally and with clients
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Nice to have: experience in complex B2B, industrial, or specialized application contexts
- Nice to have: a basic understanding of frontend capabilities and limitations
- Nice to have: experience with accessibility requirements
