Job Description
UX & Product Designer für INTERSPORTs Unified-Commerce-Plattform. Gestaltung komplexer B2B-Workflows, Dashboards und datenbasierter Nutzererlebnisse für Händler und Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Design B2B workflows and interfaces for product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management
- Develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and data-intensive views to support day-to-day decision-making
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams in Commerce Squads
- Drive initiatives from problem definition through to production-ready solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing with merchants, partners, and internal users
- Translate research insights into concrete product improvements
- Apply a hypothesis- and data-driven approach, measuring solution success through adoption, efficiency, and user feedback
- Further develop the “Pulse” Design System using Figma and Storybook
- Ensure a consistent user experience across the platform
- Test new design and prototyping approaches, including AI-powered methods
- Actively contribute to the UX & Product Design Practice
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Experience designing complex workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries, ideally Storybook
- Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven product development
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to translate complex requirements into understandable solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environments
- Nice to have: Knowledge of AI-powered prototyping or design-to-code
- Nice to have: Technical understanding of components, Design Tokens, and modern frontend architectures
- Nice to have: Experience with accessibility / WCAG or low-code prototyping
