Job Description

UX/UI Designer at BRIGHTSCOUT crafting visually engaging digital experiences across platforms. Collaborating with teams to translate ideas into functional designs and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate user behavior.
  • Collaborate with project managers, lead designers, messaging and strategy roles as well as developers to define MVP scope and project goals.
  • Translate requirements and feedback into clear, user-centered design solutions.
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder input.
  • Design responsive, high-quality user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Create components, layouts, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Produce prototypes that communicate interaction and motion intent.
  • Work with senior designers to maintain quality, accessibility, and visual consistency.
  • Partner with UX/UI, brand & visual, motion and 3D designers to ensure consistency and creative cohesion.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and PMs throughout the design and delivery process.
  • Participate in design critiques, applying feedback to refine work and support project outcomes.
  • Stay curious — continuously learning new tools, trends, and technologies to expand your skill set.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, design libraries, and process improvements.
  • Support the refinement of BRIGHTSCOUT’s design systems and standards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, UI execution, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to present work clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to balance creativity, structure, and deadlines in a remote-first environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a creative, fast-paced team.
  • It's A Plus: Experience facilitating user research or usability testing.
  • Familiarity with analytics or data-driven design optimization.
