Job Description

VBC Performance Analyst leveraging analytical skills to improve healthcare practices in value-based care. Collaborating with teams to track performance indicators and develop reporting models.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Aledade’s value based care portfolio; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for all health plan payer contracts across MSSP, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, providing the SVP-Market Performance with a synthesized vision of where targeted interventions may be necessary within different markets
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to MSSP
  • Develop strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and support market workflows for addressing performance measures; conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, drive quality performance improvement, and improve value-based care performance tools through new and innovative methods for measuring and tracking performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
  • 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
  • Experience in using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool; comfortable with basic formulas and creating pivot tables
  • Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal
