Job Description
Vice President of Revenue Operations scaling INNERGY’s cloud ERP platform for custom woodworking manufacturers. Aligning GTM teams, forecasting, systems, metrics, and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, CSO, and CMO to turn company goals into an integrated revenue plan
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for capacity, territories, coverage, quotas, and resource allocation
- Set objectives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Build scenario models for leadership decision-making
- Own the RevOps roadmap
- Own forecasting methods and cadence
- Provide executives with visibility into pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion
- Build decision-driving dashboards and establish shared metric definitions
- Identify risks and opportunities and ensure follow-through
- Design and improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead through renewal
- Fix cross-functional friction, gaps, revenue leakage, handoffs, SLAs, and ownership issues
- Improve conversion, sales velocity, retention, and expansion
- Own strategy and governance for the GTM technology stack
- Partner on integrations, automation, and data governance
- Apply automation and responsible AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Track SaaS metrics and conduct funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis
- Align operational forecasts with financial planning
- Turn analysis into recommendations and drive execution
- Build and grow a high-performing RevOps team
- Establish operating rhythms for GTM leadership alignment and accountability
- Serve as a thought partner to the executive team and structure cross-functional problems
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM strategy, or Business Operations
- 5+ years leading teams at a senior level
- Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business, ideally through rapid growth or a merger
- Deep HubSpot expertise, including object design, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data hygiene
- Hands-on marketing operations experience, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, campaign reporting, and Marketing-to-Sales handoff
- Track record owning revenue planning, forecasting, and analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, churn, pipeline coverage, conversion, and sales productivity
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Ability to turn data into clear executive recommendations
- Experience designing integrated GTM systems
- Comfort working directly with C-suite leaders and presenting complex information simply
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence without authority, and hold teams accountable across functions
