Job Description
Vice President responsible for supply chain operations over a combined company of Transact and CBORD. Focused on operational excellence and procurement strategy across diverse sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute comprehensive Supply Chain & Procurement strategy
- Lead procurement governance across all categories
- Oversee sourcing strategy, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, supplier scorecards
- Manage direct and indirect procurement
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization
- Oversee warehouse, staging/repair, logistics, RMA/SRA workflows
- Partner across Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Client Experience
- Drive ERP optimization, workflow automation, reporting
- Build and lead a high‑performing global team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 10–15+ years leadership in supply chain and procurement
- MBA
- Certifications (CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CSCMP, SCOR)
- Experience with direct/indirect spend, hardware ecosystems, vendor management
- ERP proficiency (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strategic planning, analytics, communication, leadership
- Domestic and international travel as needed
- Client‑obsessed leadership, operational excellence, collaborative influence, bias for action, data‑driven judgment, continuous improvement, integrity
