Job Description

Regional Sales Manager for Tricon's PET distribution business, developing customer relationships and expanding accounts across Europe. Collaborating with trading and logistics to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow Tricon's PET distribution business across Europe.
  • Identify, win, and develop new customers while managing strategic accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers across the PET value chain.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing.
  • Work closely with trading, logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Travel regularly throughout Europe to meet customers and represent Tricon at industry events.
  • Support the future growth of the European PET commercial team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience within the PET industry.
  • Proven track record in PET sales and business development.
  • Existing network of customers and strong industry relationships across Europe.
  • Strong understanding of PET distribution, including logistics and supply chain.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience working for a PET producer, distributor, or trading company (preferred)
  • Additional European language(s) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of recycled PET (rPET) and sustainability trends (preferred)
