Job Description
Logistics leadership role for EMEA overseeing customer service and logistics operations at Onto Innovation. Collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end logistics management and KPI monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics leadership role for EMEA
- Reporting into the Sr. Director of Global Logistics
- Oversees the coordination of customer service and support activities for EMEA
- Drives daily/weekly and year-end inventory cycle counts / Physical Inventory
- Ensures all cycle count and Physical inventory procedures are properly documented, adhered to and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and finance
- Manage and lead end-to-end logistics (warehousing, transportation, 3PL, etc.) across Onto all business units
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure logistics performance
- Identify and resolve logistical problems and bottlenecks
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices
Requirements:
- BS or MS Degree in a finance, science or engineering discipline
- A minimum of 7-10 years of logistics experience
- semiconductor OEM experience is a plus
- A proven track record of establishing strong logistic partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and drive CIPs
- Ability to use data interface solutions such as Tableau, BI, etc.
- Strong excel skills
- Experience in leading, influencing and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to hold various stakeholder groups accountable
- Experience in leading people and teams establishing processes, procedures, metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to C-Suite
- Ability to lead people across diverse and cultural backgrounds and able to travel up to 20% of time as required
