Job Description
Revenue Performance & Call Intelligence VA at WFS Group, turning sales conversations into insights for performance management. Engage in data synthesis and support sales team improvement through structured analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Pull sales call recordings and transcripts per rep on a defined daily and weekly cadence
- Run calls through existing WFS call analysis playbooks, SDR talk tracks, Success Plans, and AI prompts
- Identify trends in messaging, objection handling, discovery quality, and call control
- Score and tag calls based on predefined performance criteria
- Produce clean, structured insight reports per rep and per team
- Surface coaching opportunities, behavioral gaps, and process breakdowns
- Deliver executive-ready summaries that plug directly into Performance Management workflows
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all analysis deliverables
- Continuously improve insight quality through feedback and iteration
Requirements:
- You have experience working with sales call recordings, transcripts, or conversation intelligence tools
- You are highly comfortable running data through structured frameworks, prompts, and playbooks
- You can follow exact processes and standards without cutting corners
- You enjoy analyzing conversations for patterns, gaps, objections, and behavioral trends
- You are detail-oriented to an almost unreasonable degree
- You can synthesize large volumes of information into clean, actionable summaries
- You are comfortable working with AI tools, prompts, and automation workflows
- You enjoy working behind the scenes to make leaders and teams better
- You thrive in performance-driven environments with clear accountability
