Job Description
Virtual Assistant managing diverse administrative tasks for Smartland, specializing in real estate. Responsibilities include engaging leads, managing advertisements, and supporting listings effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads.
- Manage property listings across various platforms.
- Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads.
- Post property listings on Craigslist, Apartments.com, Google, etc
- Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, preferably with an American accent for client interactions.
- Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally.
- Possess knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
- Submit daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel. (AppFolio experience is a plus).
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Trello; familiarity with AppFolio is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
