Job Description

Virtual Assistant managing diverse administrative tasks for Smartland, specializing in real estate. Responsibilities include engaging leads, managing advertisements, and supporting listings effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads.
  • Manage property listings across various platforms.
  • Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads.
  • Post property listings on Craigslist, Apartments.com, Google, etc
  • Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication, preferably with an American accent for client interactions.
  • Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally.
  • Possess knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel. (AppFolio experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Trello; familiarity with AppFolio is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
