Job Description
Virtual Events Coordinator handling logistics and platform management for Ruvixx's event portfolio. Collaborating with senior leaders in a fully remote environment within Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from conception to completion
- Build, customize, and manage event websites and registration platforms
- Maintain rigorous accuracy across Excel trackers and CRMs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and post-event resources to measure success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in Project Coordination, Event Coordination, or a high-level operational role
- C2 Level English (or higher) is non-negotiable
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, International Relations, or Design preferred)
- Proven experience with virtual event platforms (Swoogo, Whova, EventUp)
- Excel proficiency with formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
