Job Description
Visual Brand Manager for creative content design in E-Commerce at MATOLUX. Responsible for brand guardianship and high-quality visual content creation across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- You are the visual anchor for our brand.
- Ensure a consistent, on-brand visual presence across all channels.
- Generate high-quality product images using internal AI workflows.
- Create strong static creatives for Meta and Pinterest ads in Figma.
- Design conversion-focused product images for our online shop and for Amazon.
- Visually plan and publish posts and stories for Instagram and Pinterest.
Requirements:
- An eye for design: excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, color, and typography.
- Purposeful creativity: attractive, modern, audience-oriented, and sales-driven design.
- Tool stack: highly proficient in Figma and common graphic programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Curiosity & tech affinity: eagerness to learn and work with our AI workflows.
- Team player: structured collaboration and communication with Marketing and the video editor.
- Independent working style: organized work either remotely or on-site.
